From Our Pastor:
Since becoming Pastor at Grace Baptist in March 2005, I have found it to be a church that lives up to its name - Grace. Grace is often defined as God's unmerited favor. I like to think of it as God's love gift. The privilege of serving this congregation has been one of God's love gifts sent to me personally. Here's why I feel that way.
- Grace Baptist Church takes God's word seriously, seeking to apply its eternal principles to their daily lives. My primary role at Grace is to see to it that I preach and teach the Scriptures in an accurate, clear, loving, and relevant manner.
- Grace has a hunger to know God more intimately and exhibits that love by its outreach in the surrounding community and its support of mission outreach around the world.
- Grace, as its name would suggest, is what I call a "safe place." We see ourselves as pilgrims on a journey, not as "super saints" who have already arrived.
- We invite you to join us as we learn together, laugh together, cry together and work together as we "....grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ." II Peter 3:18
